Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
